Progressive Property Inspections is owned and operated by Brian Clous, a licensed general contractor who has been building homes since 1992.  Brian, a native of northern Michigan, personally performs all inspections.  He brings over 20 years experience and expertise in all aspects of home building and remodeling.  He has an excellent reputation for quality service and attention to detail as well as providing a fast, informed and complete inspection. We will provide our clients with a fully detailed report  including photos and a summary outlining the quality and condition of the property discussing the following areas: Foundation, structural integrity, mechanical systems, full interior and exterior systems and roof/attic ventilation.
